▍炒鍋使用說明與保養

  • 初次使用：請以中性清潔劑內外洗淨，擦乾後小火烘乾，鍋內輕抹薄油即可烹調。
  • 火候建議：導熱性強，建議使用中小火（建議溫度 130°C-150°C，避免超過 260°C）。
  • 禁止行為：嚴禁空燒、熱鍋直接沖冷水。
  • 清潔方式：請勿使用強鹼/氧化性清潔劑；建議使用中性清潔劑搭配軟性布具，圓角鐵鏟或不沾專用鏟。

▍組合規格與材質

  • 大富備長炭炒鍋 (36cm)：鍋身 1.5kg / 鍋蓋 0.5kg，含不鏽鋼蓋。材質：複合金、備長炭元素、電木把手。
  • 鋒波合金鋼刀具 (4件)：含主廚切刀、中華切刀、斬剁刀、料理剪刀。材質：420系3Cr13複合金不鏽鋼。
  • 升級版銀絲椰殼清潔布：20x20cm (粉紅/粉黃/銀灰隨機)。
  • 派樂矽膠鍋鏟：35x8cm，矽膠與不鏽鋼材質。

▍注意事項

  • 鍋具保養：燒焦請先浸泡熱水軟化後清洗；每次使用後請內外擦乾以防生鏽。
  • 刀具保養：使用後請擦乾，存放於孩童不易取得處；請勿斬剁硬物（除斬剁刀外）；請勿使用於玻璃/陶瓷砧板。
  • 退換貨：鑑賞期非試用期，刀具經清洗使用後不接受退換貨。
