1、不鏽鋼器皿在使用前，須用開水燙洗幾遍，進行高溫消毒。 
2、避免打翻、掉落、碰撞及強力衝擊，否則會造成不鏽鋼製品變形，影響美觀及使用效果。 
3、不鏽鋼製品切勿長時間與醬油、醋等含有鹽份的物質（或其他酸鹼性物質）接觸。 
4、由於不鏽鋼器皿生產的時候都要經過機器拉伸，部分地方會沾到少許的污漬，使用前可用溫水加入稀釋醋浸泡三十分鐘後，充分清洗。 
5、不鏽鋼器皿宜用柔軟的布和經溫水稀釋的食器清潔劑清洗。勿使用鹼性漂白劑、金屬菜瓜 布、化學抹布等。 
6、為防止異味或污漬的產生，且能長久清潔的使用，不鏽鋼器皿在使用後，請清洗乾淨並使 其充分地乾燥。 
7、不鏽鋼器皿高溫受熱後，勿直接用手接觸，以免燙傷。 
8、新品不鏽鋼器皿經過機器拉伸之後會帶少許的磁性，此為正常現象，用段時間磁性自動消失。
